Have you received any update regarding "confirmation of receipt of documents"?

I have already received my CAQ yesterday.

Can we apply for a visa without medial exams and without biometrics? And send medical exams or register biometrics later?

I will apply for a study permit this week, and I have done the medical exams and biometrics.

Medical exam you can do up-front and anticipate it, but I don't know about biometrics.

I am in Brazil and the lockdown doesn't let our process continue... Because doctors and VAC are closed.
