It won't help you to know who signed the documents of the others. I suggest you call them and tell them the name of the person who signed it and the date.
There are multiple people working there.

I'm supposed to start sep 8th but since i haven't still receive my CAQ (docs received march 17th) and i can't apply for a study permit, I'm thinking about deferring to winter 2021.
although i don't need biometrics so maybe i can get my visa on time
