I finished online application on November 2nd and got everything mailed with FedEx and it was received by Quebec on 9th November but heard nothing yet

U will get an update may be next week.

Dear,my suggestion is to check your caq file online on Quebec immigration. Website .you need a user code or password to know about the status of your caq file . If you don't know the user code and password then you can consult with your agent. I check regulary my CAQ file prigress online,right now I am waiting for receipt of documents update on my online caq portal

If i will submit my file to embassy (general category) in nxt 4-5 days . Thn will it sufficient days for embassy process?? Class from 28 January.

U can submit ur file as early as possible coz embassy takes time. It depends on them dear.
