Hi guys, actually i got my work permit and applied TRV in April 2021 but I haven’t received it till November 2021 almost(8 months) than after that suddenly i have to come india due to medical emergency and i transferred my TRV case to new delhi but here from last 3 months i m still waiting for passport request and mean while i have filed another TRV application. But no response and i have to go back canada very urgently because i have a COURT CASE going on and judge have ordered me to come back by April 2022 . I have all the court documents for my case but dont know how i can use them is there is any way i can get my TRV as soon as possible.please help me out guys thanks in advance

Send a webform including proof that you have a court case and that you are waiting for your TRV to be approved. Attach proof of location and date of the court case.
Same! i have applied in August 2021 and I am on work permit too! Still waiting for TRV
