So guys i am really confused
I will complete my bachelors next year and will receive all marksheets by July mid 2020. I want to study PG diploma in Business Management in Canada. So the right time to apply will be December 2020 for 2021 fall intake. But some consultants told me that i shouldn't waste one year and apply for conditional offer letter in January. I am really confused. What should be done?
You need an offer with no conditions. You will most likely not get a visa with a conditional letter. These consultants seem like they are just after your money.

If you apply for the visa with a conditional offer, it will more than likely be refused. You need an unconditional one. Wait for that before you apply for visa.

You can get an offer letter from the University confirming your seat before your mark sheets come. This called a conditional offer letter.
The conditional offer letter cannot be used for visa purposes, and is only for ensuring you get a seat before your results come. Do remember that since your mark sheets are going to come in mid-July, you will not have time to go for the Fall 2020 intake. The best you can hope for is the Jan 2021 intake. Conditional offer letter is just for peace of mind.
Realistically as long as your marks are not horrible, any college will happily take your money and give you a seat. Only if you are going to the top universities in Canada does a conditional offer make sense.
