Sadly many are applying because PGWP are expiring so the system is flooded. Also IRCC likely realized the program was being exploited and they want to enjoy that the rule vulnerable are getting the WP. It used to be almost automatic approval so people took advantage of the program
 
Hi,

I applied in June for a vulnerable work permit, and today in my GCkey account it says approved. However, I didn't receive any email or letter for it. Do I get my work permit in the mail? Also, it says valid till 27-06-2025

What was the time pls share that too.. I applied on 17april2024 no update yet.
 
anybody's application been approved recently, how long did the process take?


I applied last month, Jan 26, and silence after the WP-EXT letter I received a couple days after. The website suggests 5 days which I took with a grain of salt and was expecting a result in a couple weeks, but been a month and nothing.
