Volunteer Activity in Work and Educational History PR renewal

I am retired , renewing my PR card with the newly updated form. For the past 5 yrs I have been retired and volunteering at 5 different organizations at the same time. I will be listing these under Work and Educational History as it says under that category to list other activity if you have not worked. There is no room to write volunteer in the space . Should I add a cover letter explaining. For some of these I volunteered for the complete 5 yrs on a part time basis.
