My wife's sponsorship is in process since june. i applied for her visitor visa in Chandigarh office on Sep 9 got passport back on Sep 22

Have sent case specific enquiry twice, but no replies.

Hi How to link the application? I have been trying for the past 4 days but not able to link.

My Mom has only one name. Per CIC form instructions, I entered it in last name and no given name. Now when I leave given/first name as blank, system doesn't accept blank question. Even I put it as one space, it still dosn't accept.

Can you or someone please help?

Passport Dispatched message on Sept 14th
Received Passport with visa on Sept 16th

Are the processing times different for Paper vs online application? And I am seeing only updates of paper applications. Is it safe to apply via paper application rather than an online application? Please suggest.

The current processing time for TRVs from India is given as 34 days. So I assume its 34 working days, not calendar days? I applied for TRV for both my in-laws in Bengaluru on 22nd August (paper application). 34 days are up today but looking at others' timelines here, I think I might have to wait longer.

Infants and adults are applicants. Timelines do not change with the age.

BTW the processing times posted by IRCC are only estimates. Actual processing time will be different
