Visitors Visa (TRV) Processing time 2016 India

We applied on June 5 from India (via cic online), nothing yet!!!!

It is so close to our USA flight date that I am not sure what to do anymore!

Does anyone know if we can submit the passports from USA once the application is approved?

What is wrong with NDVO. They have been delaying all applications 24-->30->31.

I applied for my Parent's visitor visa on 5th July through the Hyderabad VFS office. It has been submitted to the Bangalore office. Attached a cover letter as they have to attend a wedding on 10th August but not sure if it will expedite the process. Fingers crossed.

If someone recently received VISA from Bangalore office, please update the processing time as the time shown online (31 days) is too generic.

I think we should apply for GCMS notes for the TRV application.
Even if it gets refused, we will know what exactly caused the failure.

I agree but you will see exactly the same refusal reason you see in the reference letter

Not discouraging u but it is not a reason to expedite ur processing

Im a citizen of India. Just visiting Canada as a tourist. I think since I have a US visa, it may have worked in my favour as the list of documents needed was really short. All I was was asked to submit apart from the forms was a copy of my US Visa. Thats it!

Each file is processed differently and the processing time varies....so if u havent received a response within the processing time it doesn't mean ur file has problems. Wait patiently.ty
