Visitors Visa (TRV) Processing time 2016 India

Hi,

I am Bangladeshi nationality came to India for study and just finished my B.Tech program. My husband is living and working in Canada. He has applied for Permanent Resident of Canada and its in processing. I visited Canada in last December as a visitor visa. The visa was applied to New Delhi visa office and they gave me visa within 5 business day. Though I applied for only one month visa at that time because there was a semester break of one month only. My last visa expired on Feb., 2016. I applied for the visitor visa again on May, 25 to the New Delhi office but haven't received any update yet. I am too much worried about my visa. The other issue I am nervous off is that my Indian visa (student) expires on 29th June. Though I applied for visa extension but it would require the passport to get the extension. I had already emailed about my situation to the below email address.

Could any one help me out why is it taking so long to get an update about my visa? and what would be other ways to reach the New Delhi visa office to let them know my situation?

I've applied for a TRV (less than 6 months) for myself and my wife.

We applied online on 15-06-2016. No update yet. Will keep you guys posted.

Applied online on 15th June
Passport request received on 8th July (Friday)
Its Monday today and I am about to leave for the VFS office in Mumbai to submit the passports.
Will update once again once the passports are back.

What is wrong with NDVO. They have been delaying all applications 24-->30->31.

I am really annoyed with this kind of processing

We applied on June 5 from India (via cic online), nothing yet!!!!

It is so close to our USA flight date that I am not sure what to do anymore!

Does anyone know if we can submit the passports from USA once the application is approved?
