You almost passed normal processing time (33 days). I think you should email them again(8 Aug) on that date you will pass normal processing time and then I think you will have to wait for 10 days to receive any reply from them. Very sad that your journey date is 16 Aug. I hope you can receive your visa before that date.

Is there any other way out... actually it is very difficult to take leave in my organisation.. if i shall cancel the existing leaves or postpone it.. it would be very difficult to get again...

Actually when i had applied processing time was showing 23 days..... and one of my friend told me that online applications used to get picked with in 7 days... i dont know what to do!!!
