Visitor visa while waiting for study permit extension(Implied status)

Hi friends
I have one question right now I am graduated from college and got my transcripts and degree as well.But my study permit extension application is still in process.Because of this I am on implied status.My question is that Can I also apply for visitor visa or trv while on implied status or I have to first wait for my study permit extension to get approved

I am sorry bro but we have to wait for our extension to get approved unfortunately we can’t do anything in this case.We can’t work and apply pgwp even
