Visitor Visa using IRCC portal India

I have applied for visitor visa for my sister and gher family using IRCC portal
I saw many ppl have shared their timelines who applied through GC key account.
CAn anyone please share the timelines for IRCC portal .
Does it matter how we applied ? does it effects the timelines?
Our timelines:
AOR:Jan 14 2022
Biometrics request Letter recieved: Jan 15
Biometrics Appointment Feb 3

It is really impossible to say. Some are getting results fast others have been waiting for months.
