Hello Everyone. My brother is currently in Canada with a visitor visa. He got acceptance from a university as well. I am trying to fill form IMM1294e. My question is about questions 7 and 9. For his situation, should I select the current country or territory of residence as "Canada" with "Visitor "Status" and Country or territory where applying to same as current country or territory of residence? Your help is greatly appreciated.
