Hello, I am in Canada with a temporary work permit under NOC category A. My wife is also here with a visitor Visa - Permit. As what I know, she can apply for an open work permit because my work permit is under NOC category A.
1.- What are the forms (checklist) she needs to complete to apply within Canada?
2.- In her current Visa stuck on her passport under category it says VISITOR mine says WORKER. Does she also needs to make the process to get a WORKER Visa or she can apply as it is now for the open work permit?

Yes I did. For question 1, my guess is that she needs to complete "Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Worker" I just want to confirm if I that is correct.
For question 2, I haven't find clearly if she can apply for the open work permit having the "VISITOR" status on her passport.

Well my TRV under category it says "Worker" her TRV says "Visitor". So no sure if she can apply to the open work permit while her TRV category says "Visitor" or if she needs to apply and change first the category to "worker" on her TRV.
