My cousin brother is in Canada (Canadian passport holder) he sent he invitation letter for visit. Then i hire a agent to apply for me.

Reapply yourself. Make sure you declare every single past refusal, including the one you just received from Canada.

ok, now it makes sense. Uganda has more than 7 months processing time. I mean follow what seniors are suggesting here, applying from India changes the processing time though.

i applied visitor visa for canada with my wife. but it got refused 23 feb 2024..
here's what i received

• I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions in the documents you

Specifically, I am not satisfied that the following information is truthful: your response to the
question, "Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or to, or ordered to leave
Canada or any other country or territory?
what should i do now..

IRCC must consider and focus the US refusal and Approval and i think your agent did not provide refusal details in application

But you already have a refusal. So you must declare all refusals for all countries.

You may be approved or you may be refused. Either outcome is possible and you'll have to wait and see.

well IRCC says it takes around few weeks to process visitor visa application and if applied from India it is 28 days.
