visitor visa refusal, Cairo office.

Hi,

Could anyone provide help on this
my parents got a visitor visa refusal. reason is insufficient fund.
the thing is this is their third time to apply for a visa, they got it twice, and this is their first time to get a refusal! their bank statement was the same as the previous years. I even sent my and my wife's T4 and all supporting documents that proof that I can and will take care of the financial part.
any advice would be much appreciated. they are applying from Egypt.

Ok Guys, just wanted to give you a quick update on my case. if you read my post above, my parents have gotten refusal because of "no sufficient funds", although they came here twice and that was their third time to apply for a visa but they got rejected!.

we applied again, support the invitation with their old passports, detailed invitation, their bank account statements for the years they got visas in (bank accounts haven't been changed).
then guess what? they got a multiple entry visa for 6 years! their visas expire same date their passports expire! we prayed for God and he answered our prayers

Congratulations.

I have a question though did your parents apply online or through VAC Cairo office.
The reason I am asking: I am an expat who used to live in Cairo. I applied many times and got approved every single time. Last year through VAC and also got approved. Very helpul staff there. I still have some friends living in Cairo and they want to apply for a TRV to Canada. What do you suggest online or through VAC Cairo?

Another question how long did it take from applying to getting the passport stamped?
