That would imply mine would be done by the 31st .. (from 18th to 31st, both days inclusive. else the 2nd if both are to be excluded).

Yes,we both share same timeline, my passport is also under process since 18th July.
I was going through previous week's comment, in which someone mentioned there timeline, his passport was under process on 8th July and got dispatch msg on 19th of July.

My timeline:
18th july: recieved and under process with ircc
30th July: received dispatch mail

Did your status change on IRCC Login ?? Even I got the message buy it doesn't say anything different on the IRCC login.
