I submitted mine on July 8 to VFS Delhi, received in the IRCC office on July 8 same day but still under processing. Is there anyone else with same timeline?
 
Passport submitted at VFS Chandigarh: July 4
Passport received at IRCC(Under Process): July 8
Passport Dispatched: 16 July
