After getting dispatch mail are they providing tracking number? how long does it take to start courier after receiving dispatch message? Is it starting from VFS delhi or directly from IRCC delhi?

You might have received an email with Acknowledgement cum Tax Invoice from vfs. There is a tracking number (AWB Number) which can be used to track the courier.

I think it is starting from VFS Delhi.

Two days in my case.

Received dispatch email on 04th July
Received passport on 06th July (Kerala)

Congratulations to everyone who received their dispatch message!

It seems that applicants who submitted their passports to IRCC on June 20th and 21st have received their dispatch messages today.

My mother's passport has been under process at IRCC since June 21st. Is anyone else, whose application has been under process since June 21st, still waiting for their dispatch mail/passport to be returned?

(My father's received his dispatch email on 4th July. His passport was received at IRCC on 20th June)

I just received email with this message - The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in NEW DELHI.

After this message, how many days passport will be delivered to my home?
