What’s the earliest appointment we get? From the date we book appointment. In other words how soon Ahemdabad location give appointment for passport submission?
 
Today received an update says your application status has changes ,
but when i see the profile -it says
Latest update:
Review of eligibility - June 25,2024: Your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below.
but the final decidion is same as before
  • Final decision
  • June 6, 2024 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.
Im confused now we got the passport request on june 6th and we already submitted.
but i noticed a change in the background check status today .It has changed to

**Background check
  • May 1, 2024 Your background check was completed.

Remember which date was it where your passport was received by IRCC Delhi? (Not VFS).

I booked on Thursday to get an appointment for next Monday.

Well i cant believe that i am writing this silly mistake here
my mother passport submission schedule appointment was today at Ahmedabad vfs service center at 9:30am but unfortunately my mum did not make it on time she was late 30 mins and now vfs says you can not reschedule appointment till 3 calendar days now i am in worry that my mum passport will be end of que.
DOES ANYONE OR SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HAD A SIMILAR SITUATION IN THE PAST AND IF YES HOW MANY DAYS IT TOOK TO GET IT DONE PASSPORT.
I HAVE flight ticket book for 24TH June.
 
Booked on 12th July and got appointment for 17th. Ideally 3-4 working days

Ideally, it is taking about 12-20 days for the entire process from VFS Ahmedabad.
