My parents surname is not added in my passport. Will it affect getting them visitor visa? In their passport they have surname. I am in PR Status in Canada. Please anyone have faced this issue. Please guide me how to resolve it
It's not super clear, are you saying your parents and you don't share the same family name? Even then, I don't think it'll be an issue (people change their names when they get married, for example). But you could add your birth certificate or family record book to your visa request if you want to be extra sure.
The problem in Tamilnadu India we do use surname we use father name as surname
In my passport my parents first names are only mentioned
I would just write an affidavit where you give a statement of facts about your case, explaining why the names don't match.
