I am already a permanent resident here in canada and I want to apply my parents for a tourist visa the problem is I can not afford both of them at the same time. Is there any possibilty if I apply my mother first for tourist visa and if ever she come here and stay for a month and go back to philippines, can I apply for my father's tourist visa after mom got back from vacation here in Canada? Can I really do that?
