Dear I have valid visit visa of Canada over 2 years and my family also have valid TRV visit my question is if I come to Canada how I change it into work permit if I go to ESDC can they change my status to open work permit as I have WES and IELTS CLB 6. Regards

How are you eligible for an open work permit? You cannot change to a work permit. You need a job offer with LMIA and then apply online for a closed work permit.

No - you can't.

If you want to qualify for a work permit, you need to secure a job offer from employer in Canada, that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIa, and then you can apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.

To find an employer willing to hire you, the employer applying for LMIA and you applying for a WP will take 6+ months with no guarantees of approval.
