VISITOR VISA OCTOBER 2023 APPLICANTS

Hi @everyone, does any of you got biometric validation letter in you visitor visa application?
i applied for my sister on 31 October
Biometric done 5 November
Biometric validation letter january 9
Tracking Portal says eligibility completed
Background in progress.
Also, on my application, in final decision sections it says jan-9, your application is in progress. Never seen like this. Final decision has the Date but their is no decision.
please if anyone can clarify?

Check on tracker. If visa number is available then visa got approved.

you will get the OPR Letter soon. the tracker will be updated next day. if you did not receive the approval letter by the end of this week, then unfortunately its refused. also, you can give IRCC call to check your application online, they have access to you application even when it does not show up the last update on the portal/tracker, they have the latest update to provide you.

yes its normal. the moment the background check fall in place and completed, then they will start checking the eligibility. there is no time fram for BG check , it could take 1 day to 1 year. so keep checking and hope you will get the approval soon.

My parents visitor visa submitted Aug 2023. Bio submitted Sep 20 after that radio silence. Processing time for Turkiye is 101 days. I'm hoping they start processing the application soon as eligibilty has not even started.

Case submitted: Oct. 30, 2023
Biometric: Nov 22, 2023
BVL: 10 Jan, 2024
Eligibility: Completed
Background check: In process
Last update in tracker: 11 Jan, 2024

After receiving BVL, I got no more updates, and I have not get my final decision.
Also, I don't see visa number in my tracker.
Does this mean that my application has been refused?

But is showing decision is still in process

No visa documents showing
But I was reading that if more than 2 days after BVL no PPR is a rejection. I just hope it won't takes too long to move on either way.
