Recently my visit visa has been refused. I applied for GCMS notes and found a mistake by the visa officer.
The mistake is: I did my Master from South Korea in 2019 and currently studying Ph.D. in New Zealand.
I submitted my scholarship letter and registration from the university in New Zealand and provided every document asked.

Yet the visa officer's decision goes like this: I note that the applicant is a Ph.D. student in Korea (while I am a Ph.D. student in New Zealand).
I there anything I can do, as this reflects visa officer did not access my case carefully and gave decision-based on maybe misunderstanding or not analyzing throughly.

Thanks in advance for any advice and suggestions!

You can reapply. Could have been a typo and have nothing to do with the reasons for refusal. Assume you have family in Canada.
