I have applied for Spousal PR for my wife on June 29th 2016, waiting for AOR1.
Shall I apply for TRV before SA approval ? Did anyone applied like this and what's the status of the TRV.

I have a very important question, If my wife's TRV is granted and she is in canada at that time she gets passport request for PR can she send her passport to nova scotia canada?

You can send passport to Ottawa ...no problem with that

May be i am wrong but i would like to ask you how could u book a ticket ..return as well before visa being granted

Why not? If you have fixed plan, you can book as per you itinerary.

get letter from her doctor and prepare all documents but there is no mercy on these kind of application.because I applied same like you after my wife pregnancy I have baby girl too but they refused my application but still every application is different so you can apply
