You cannot sponsor her for PR.

To be approved for a visitor visa, she will need to demonstrate strong ties to her home country and prove she has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. She can show her school enrollment. The chances of a visa being approved are likely on the low side.

No such thing as sponsorship for PR - She needs to create an expressentry profile and will get a few extra points by having a sibling who is a permanent resident

Possibility of getting a visitor visa totally depends on how strong her case is.. Needs to include details of her education and establish that her course is going on , and hence she needs to return back.. Travelling in the middle of an academic year is frowned upon (shows that you don't care about your education and hence no incentive to return home), so make sure the visit timelines are during annual/semester breaks..

Thnk you for your reply.
I wanna ask you why can't i sponsor her for pr as on canadian website, the dependent children whom we can sponsor are under 22 years of age.

Because she is not your dependent. She is your parents' dependent. You can only sponsor your dependents.

Can we sponsor her along with my parents or not ??
Also, will it make a difference if i apply for visitor visa for my parents and sister together??

Yes - but you have to qualify to sponsor your parents and you must also be selected to submit an application. Assuming you are single and have no children, to qualify you would need to be making at least $60K each year over the last three years. Only a limited number of applications are accepted each year for parent sponsorship - for 2020 we don't yet know how applicants will be selected or when. Also, your sister would have to be 21 at the time the application is submitted. Once she turns 22, she will be too old.

You can give it a trial. But, she still need to demonstrate that she'll leave Canada at the end of any authorize stay and be in compliance of the applicable immigration rule. Accompany your parents is a good idea, but depending on your parent age. For example, if they're senior. A good shot maybe to obtain your parents visit visa first, and then apply for her own as accompany and give reason why

hmm. If only she were 3rd-year college students, about to finish her study at the university. Maybe her case will be easier.

Will it not be difficult if i apply for my parents and my sister together. There will be no family ties back in my country.
What is better to apy for: only parents or parents and sister??
