Can I use my own GCKey login to apply on behalf of my parents? Or should I create a separate account to apply for my parents?

I am soon planning to put my parents' Visitor Visa and would like to know whether the list of documents I am writing here is sufficient or not.

1. Parents Passport
2. Their Marriage Certificate
3. Proof of Vaccination with QR
4. Planned Itinerary
5. Account Statements, FDs, Valuation, or CA Report
6. Purpose of Visit

From my side:
1. My Birth Certificate
2. My PR cards
3. My Passport
4. My Proof of Funds
5. Letter of Invitation

HI, DID YOU SEND ALL THE NOTORIZED COPIES, Iam doing online for my parents and I wonder should I get all the docs notorized such as house lease papers, bank statement , degrees, NIC cards copies.
