Hi i applied my parents visitor visa 5 times , 1st time on my graduation ceremony (convocation) after that birthday party and after that my ring cermony. All the time they refused with the same reason. I want to ask that can i file the case in canada behalf of them ? Or can i go against with their decision ? Please help me.
I want to add more my father is in govt sector so they have solid reason to back home country. I dont why high commission give them refusal all time.

· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
