hello friends, i want to apply for visitor visa for my parents. i have a few questions:
1. is it mandatory to submit marriage certificate, as my parents were married 50 years ago and at that time they did not issue marriage certificates. they have some other govt documents listing spouse names, e.g. passports, will it work ?
2. Can i pay the fees with my canadian credit card ?
kindly help
