Visitor Visa for Parent, Mom Got Approved, Dad Still Waiting

So Im applying for my parent Visitor Visa through Online using 2 different Cic Account (1 for dad, 1 for mom).

My mom got approved on Oct 28 and she already got her visa stamp back. But my dad still no answer....

Both done Biometric same time.

Is there a way I can contact CIC to get some update?

As the estimated processing time has just passed, you could send a Case Specific Enquiry/web form around mid-next week to the relevant visa office to request for an expedited decision
