Visitor Visa For My Parents

HI,

I have applied for my Parents (Father:83 years old and Mother:76 Years Old) in October 2023.
But I have not received biometric letter for my father yet, I have raised multiple webforms but no reply from IRCC.
For my mother I got biometric letter but as It was expiring in 1 month only I raised webform to extend the expiry date for biometric letter , but no reply there as well.
Her biometric letter was received on Jan 5th, and it says it has validity of 1 month, but my Mom didn't go for interview as we were waiting for my father's letter which I now see, is not needed.

What should we do about her biometric, will they accept that expired letter or should we wait for new letter from them ?

Any suggestion what should I do ? It is almost six months since I submitted their applications .

Biometrics age limit is 14-79yrs. Above 79 I don’t think it needed. You can check the portal under biometrics it should say biometrics not needed.
I may be wrong you can verify.

He would not receive one as he is over 79. So not point in sending webforms.

But I don't see any progress on visa also, If they don't need biometric they should issue visa .
