They have multiple entry and exit visa but some of my friend suggested that if they come back within a month they will not be allowed.I have 2 kid ,younger one is 2 yrs . Can I show that kids really want love and mental support from grandparents that"s why they donnt want to stay with grandparent, hence the urgency of visitor visa occurs.

It depends on the immigration officer who will assess their new stay when they return. They could be denied entry, or allowed for a short stay, or allowed to enter for up to 6 months. Any scenario is possible.
Generally, it is advisable to remain outside Canada for the same amount of time spent inside Canada.

It might seem like your parents are returning to take care of your kids which could be viewed as working illegally.
You may want to consider applying for super visas for your parents if you're eligible. It would allow them to stay for up to two years on each super visa entry
Suggestion would be to show them as tourists rather than as coming to take care of kids. Also show the return tickets, medical insurance coverage for that period, how their expenses will be managed (in a letter). Also if you make up some event during their 6 month stay, which they can convey to the Border officer that they are coming for this reason.
