Understand but another TRV application may be an option instead of going straight to a TRP if they include proof that they have initiated PR sponsorship for the child and if they actually intend to relocate back to Canada permanently and aren’t only planning on securing citizenship and leaving. For the child once they get PR they’ll be eligible for citizenship.
I am in Canada with SP and my husband has valid visitor visa. I applied for TRV my minor kids and rejected for twice.
Could you please advice what should I do?

They are 9 and 11 years old.
Should I have registeration of school? How should I write a explanation letter, since I was telling they are coming for short trip and back to my home country?
Both husband and wife are PR. Husband is onshore but wife and baby offshore. Applied for Sponsorship which is in process, applied for TRV (refused). Any idea whats the best way forward as sponsorship is going to take long time. Reapply for TRV or keep waiting for processing of sponsorship

TRVs aren’t guaranteed. You can certainly get GCMS notes and see why they were denied and apply for a TRV if you can address the reasons for denial but by that time you may have gotten sponsorship. Assume you meet RO and have been living in Canada longterm.
Almost in the same situation. Both parents PR holder, baby born outside Canada. I hear if provide proper LOE they can approve TRV. But I’m not sure what details should I include. Is it a good idea to be clear and say that we are planning visit Canada and apply PR for baby? Need advice please
