Visitor visa for family

Hi All, I am planing to apply visitor visa for my family which includes Mom, Dad, Sister and brother in law with her two kids. I am settled in Canada from last 5 years and self employed. What are things points which I need to make ensure to get the visa assurance.

First of all, please let me know, is it advisable to apply visa for my whole family or not?

Your parents have their own application and your sister’s family have their own application. They both need to show ties to country, funds for visit, and travel history. You can issue an invitation letter but they need to meet the requirements that I stated.
