Visitor visa for parents

Hello i am permanent resident of Canada and current live in Canada. I want to apply visitor visa for my mom, dad and sister through my CIC online account. Can anyone please guide me through

They have to set up their own accounts. You can do it for them.

I called CIC they said they have to do themselves i can not do it for them, not sure if that is correct info. can you please help

You either have to be their representative or you have to apply for them but fill things out as if you were your parents. Thought that was what you were asking.
