I just checked my application status, it says we have not received your biometrics. Please advise. My biometrics were done on November 24th. I have the biometrics number and all the details, please advise how to inform them and how to give them the required information.

yes, I got my approval letter on 16 March
but partner was refused the same day
we applied US visa, got approved
reapplied on 14 of April for partner's Canada visa
refused again on 22 April

consulting lawyer now

yes, that's why we are so confused.
I had Canada visa, so I don't need financial docs, I upload my financial docs for partner as I am paying for the trip.
if my financial doesn't meet requirement, why my visa was approved?
I ordered GCMS notes last week. wait and see what's on it, hopefully it will give some clarification.

Sir. You mean there's no need to upload financial docs? I renewed my canada visa and I still submitted financial docs because most of the people here suggested that it's better to attach it on the additional/explanation section.
