Visitor Visa Extension

Hello All

My Parents are in Canada and I need to apply for their visitor visa extension. Can someone pls help and share the link on how to apply for visa extension? I was searching on the new portal:

So I can apply for both my parents for a Visitor Visa extension thru this GcKey ?

I already have GcKey account for my parent's ongoing immigration, hope this will not conflict with extension.
