Visiting Visa Updated Document Submission after Application Submission

I am an inviter and representative for my parents. I filed my parents visiting visa using IRCC Portal (https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en). Now I noticed by mistake I uploaded my old PR Card. How can I send my new PR card copy? Is it through webform? If yes, please share the webform link to upload the updated document.

Yes, Through webform. If you google - IRCC webform - then you will get the link.
