Latifa my eligibility says completed and bio too background says in progress, no visa number yet too, let’s be hopeful soon we’ll get it, I read from somewhere too

Please keep us updated whenever you get any update. Have you received bvl? And what type of visa?

I got BVL 2 days ago and ppr yesterday
Tracker showed visa details only after ppr

Hi. I have asked this question around many times but I am asking again in case anyone has the answer to this. My parents passport validity is good >8 years but their biometrics are expiring next year (2024). They have already gotten their PPR the same day they got BVL. As per our understanding, visa is only stamped till biometrics validity period. So theirs would be stamped only till next year. In order to rectify this they paid biometrics fees online and then raised the webform asking for BIL so they can enroll in biometrics before passport submission. but they haven’t gotten any response from IIRC. they have raised 3 web forms one over 30 days ago and only got automated email. There is no other way to approach them. The telephone number doesn’t work, local vfs office says they can’t take biometrics without BIL. Has anyone been in the same situation as us? What to do?
