Visitor visa and PR application-approved

My PR application has been approved (interview waived), and I have submitted the medical report three weeks ago. Now I am waiting for a PP request.

5 weeks ago, I applied for a visitor visa for attending conference at university of Carleton from May 4 to 6. I got the visitor too. Due to my tight schedule, I may not be able to attend the conference. I will present my research paper online during my session instead.

Does it have any negative effect on my PR application if I do not use my visitor visa?

Please advise.

not that i know it for sure, but i dont think it will have a negative impact. There is no reason why it should.
