Visitor and/or worker visa

Hello.

I want to apply for worker visa via common law as I been living with my boyfriend for almost 12months (will be a year this month) now.
Do I need to apply for visitor visa first or can I go for the worker visa even if it has not been a full year yet.

Hi

I got work permit just 4 days before and now I want to apply for visitor visa as my visa already expired. I need to apply for me as well as my family members ( my wife and two kids). However I tried to apply through online. But I didn't find any link to apply for the family members. Can anyone help me how can I apply for the visitor visa for all of us from inside Canada. Thanks in advance.
