how long is your temporary visitor visa valid? do you have a caregiver certificate course and 1 year experience to look after the children or elderly? if so you can hire ask a good immigration lawyer.

It's actually for a friend of mine. She is in Brazil right now and we don't know if it's to apply from outside or inside Canada. If she would come, would be under a visitor visa and try to change here. But I believe it's not accepted, right?

she can come as visitor visa but she can apply it outside canada which is US just try to search which canadian consulate in United states is accepting processing for a new for permit under live in caregiver program..once work visa is granted she can exit canada.. hope this will help cheers
