The next thing to do is go to the white search box at the top right of the main forum page and search "visa refusals" or words like that. Read everything you can about why applications are refused so you can make your first application a strong one. Most important suggestion is to include everything you can to prove you will return to your home country. This seems to be the number one refusal issue. When you have done a bit of research you will see the process will not be completed "while you wait". Sorry, but good luck!
