Visiting visa rejection concerns

Hello everyone, my girlfriend submitted a visiting visa application from Lebanon to Canada on August 1st. She was invited by her aunt and was going to see both her and me.

Fast forward to August 14th we were heartbroken to find out she was rejected because her father doesn't have a bank account which lead to concerns about proof of funds.

We of course know this is recorded and will have to be put into future applications.

This December I am going to Lebanon to religiously marry her and host a small party afterwards, I will than take the marriage certificate and translate it in order to submit a spousal sponsorship.

Will the refusal of the visiting visa have an affect on her sponsorship process?

No but be honest on the application if they ask any refusal

Once you are married, don't expect it to get any easier to get a TRV until her or sponsorship is complete. Just an FYI.

That's okay. Quick question on that.
If we applied for a TRV and made sure they knew a sponsorship application was pending and the TRV was declined it wouldn't effect the existing sponsorship application would it?
