Hi everyone,

I am from Romania, I am here as a tourist but I got married to a Canadian citizen and I will start the proceedures for the sponsorship soon. I have a multiple entry visa and I would like to visit the US in December for 8-9 days, will it be ok? And also I might be getting a new passport so my old one with the visa will be canceled, will the visa still be availbe?

Has anyone been in this situation or know anybody? Thank's!
