Hi. I am 27 / single male residing in Delhi, India. I have had applied to visit my sister in Canada 3 times but refused every time. I really want to go and visit her once since she will be having a baby soon and I wish to see my nephew/niece. I am her only brother and our mom passed away. My dad already have 10 year multiple entry visa but he can not visit in extreme winters. I was denied 3 time for same reasons-ties to country, employment status and travel history as I don't have any other visa on my passport.
Please suggest someone if this time I can apply again. I am also preparing for PR and my visit visa rejection should not effect my PR application in future. She is PR living with her family for almost 3 years now.
If I was in your shoes I would stop applying unless your conditions have significantly changed (such has having stronger ties to your home country, stable employment, property, travel to other western country etc. etc.). The IRCC needs to be confident that you do not pose risks of overstaying which, per your provided information, does not seem to be the case. The fact that you have repeatedly been denied will also attract further scrutiny to any future applications. As you said you are preparing for PR application, you can just focus on that and not apply anymore for the tourist visa.
