I created (not submitted) my visit visa application for tourism, at IRCC new portal.
After 1 week I created GC key considering IRCC new portal is more easy, finally i revoked GCkey.
After 2 weeks I am trying to access IRCC new portal, immediately after login this message appears
"If you have an existing IRCC secure account created with a GCKey
This IRCc portal account is not associated..."
When trying to open my application error appears "Unknown error occured"
Kindly suggest how to access it as I dont want to fill a new form from scratch.
