I believe if you go back to India, and apply for a Visitor visa to come back, the biggest challenge will be to prove that you will go back to India post the completion of your visa time. You will have to show that you are working/employed in India and coming for a holiday here and have property in India etc.
the trv issued is not a multiple entry ... so i was wondering if i can apply for a multiple trv

My immigration representative here in canada says i cannot apply for restoration of work status..
And as far as my work permit expiry goes .. it expired 4th january 2014 and i got my CEC file no in Feb 2014 while i was in implied status.
